Michael Ball, (center) Treasurer for the Carroll County Licensed Beverage Association, presents Amy Carney, (l) a Paramedic with Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department, and Anna Bible, (r) Coordinator of Safe & Drug Free Schools for Carroll County Public Schools, $2025 for the Every 15 Minutes Program. The Every 15 Minutes program offers real-life experience without the real-life risks. This powerful program challenges students to think about drinking, personal safety, and the responsibility of making mature decisions when lives are involved. Bible and Carney are co-coordinators of The Every 15 Minutes Program. The Carroll County Licensed Beverage Association raised the money through donations from over 16 Liquor/Beverage Stores and through customer donation jars placed in the stores.
