Arizona Thanks California For "Anti-Arizona" Bill

PHOENIX (BHN) - In a statement issued on behalf of Arizona residents today, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer publicly thanked California lawmakers for passing their "Anti-Arizona" immigration bill:
Dear California Lawmakers,
Your bill prohibiting California law enforcement authorities from checking immigration status on suspected illegal immigrants charged with crimes perfectly dovetails with our new law giving our law enforcement personnel the authority to actually enforce federal and state immigration laws.
As you read this, no doubt thousands of illegal immigrants are leaving our state for yours. Congratulations and thanks!"
